Truly Suite

Terms of Service

The rules for using Truly Suite, written to be read.

Last updated: October 19, 2026. These terms cover the Truly Suite apps (Truly Suite All In One and the Truly Suite apps and shortcuts), the web app, and trulysuite.com (together, "Truly Suite").

1. Agreeing to these terms

By creating an account or using Truly Suite, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your information. If you do not agree, please do not use Truly Suite.

2. Who can use Truly Suite

3. Your account

4. Your content

Your messages, pictures, voice notes, files, broadcasts and contacts stay yours. You give us only the permission we need to store, transmit and display them so Truly Suite works for you and the people you choose: for example, to deliver a message to its recipient or keep your backup. We do not use your content for advertising and we do not sell it.

You are responsible for what you send and post, and you must have the right to share it.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use Truly Suite to:

We may remove content, limit features or suspend accounts that break these rules, and we will tell you why where we can.

6. Other services you connect

Truly Suite can work with services you choose to connect, such as your phone's text messages and calls, your email, Gmail (read only), and other apps' notifications in the Hub. Those services are run by others under their own terms. You must follow their terms, and we are not responsible for how they work or for what they show.

7. Calls, texts and emergencies

Truly calls and messages travel over the internet and may not always connect. Truly Suite is not a replacement for your phone's emergency calling. To reach emergency services, use your phone's own dialler or call your local emergency number. Your mobile provider's normal rates apply to calls and texts made over its network.

8. Features that change

Truly Suite is under active development. We may add, change or remove features, and some may be marked as experimental. We will try to give notice before removing something you rely on.

9. Our software

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Truly Suite apps for as long as you follow these terms. The apps, their design and the Truly name and logos belong to us or our licensors. Some parts are open-source software, used under their own licences.

10. Ending your use

You can stop using Truly Suite at any time, and ask us to delete your account at feedback@trulysuite.com. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, or where the law requires it.

11. No warranty

We work hard to make Truly Suite reliable and safe, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". As far as the law allows, we do not promise that it will always be available, free of errors, or that messages, backups or transcriptions will never be lost or wrong. Keep your own copies of anything important.

12. Limits of liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for loss of data, profits or opportunities, arising from your use of Truly Suite. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer where you live.

13. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will tell you in the app before it applies. Using Truly Suite after a change means you accept the new terms.

14. Disputes

If you have a problem, please write to us first at feedback@trulysuite.com; most things can be put right quickly. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without taking away any protection the law where you live gives you.
